Here I’ve came up with a list of my top 10 favourite clothing brands where I shop regularly.

Pretty Little Thing

Launching back in 2012, dropping new stylish, trending items, I’m sure you’ve heard of them before. They’ve been one of my go-to sites for a few years now. Pretty Little Thing take the hassle out of deciding what to wear whatever your budget. Selling everything from underwear to evening wear, they even have beauty products and recently started stocking unisex items.

Starting out in 2006, similar to PLT they drop new trending products daily, taking inspiration from celebrities. Boohoo has become one of the leading online retailers for those on a budget. They also won Best Online Retailer back in 2016. I used to be always ordering evening wear back in my late teens, I loved their dresses and skirts.

The site is made up of smaller brands allowing you to have total freedom to experiment and express yourself. Including brands such as, Adidas, Bershka, Miss Selfridge, Monki, Nike, Stradivarius and many more. Their own ASOS brands offer more than 30 sizes all at the same price. It’s a great site if you’re wanting to find something different or vintage.

Victoria’s Secret

Although best known for its world famous catwalk show, Victoria’s Secret has become a leading lingerie business with a huge range of bra styles, dressing gowns and pyjamas. Founded in 1977 as packaged underwear which the company’s founder thought to be ugly, floral print nylon nightgowns, the company is now the largest retailer of women’s lingerie. If you’re looking for high quality long-lasting underwear I highly recommend, although they can be on the pricier side but women have to treat themselves now and again!

River Island

With over 60 years of fashion retailing experience, River Island is one of the most well known brand on the high street. They’re known for their very stylish, affordable fashion. With over 350 stores across the UK, Ireland and internationally throughout Asia, the Middle East and Europe, as well as online stores operating in 4 currencies. I particularly like their style of shoes and accessories, as the quality is at a high standard.

Forever 21

Forever 21 was founded in 1984 and opened a store in Downtown LA  called Fashion 21. New stores were opened every 6 months, eventually changed the name to globally recognized fast fashion destination – Forever 21. Today there are more than 35,000 employees and 600 stores worldwide. It’s not about a particular age, it’s for anyone who wants to be trendy, fresh and young in spirit, selling products for both Men & Women.

New Look

Beginning in 1969 they were just single fashion store in the UK but fast forward 50 years to now becoming a leading fast-fashion brand, with 593 in the UK and 302 across Europe, China and Asia. If you like to keep up with the latest trends then New Look should definitely be 1 of your go-to destinations, selling womenswear, men’s and girls aged 9 to 15. I remember my mum would take me to shop here a lot during my teens mainly because it was the only clothing store suitable for my age range in our area.

Zara is a Spanish fast fashion retailer and was founded in 1975. They sell men’s and women’s clothing as well as children’s clothing, supplying new products to stores twice a week. Zara produces over 450 million items per year. This store is definitely on the pricier side but they sell amazing high quality items ranging in different styles and patterns, you might not find in other high street/online stores.

One of the most popular stores on the British high street, founded in 1964 (Sheffield). Topshop is known for its diverse range on trending fashion items. Their clothing ranges of different sizes including petite, tall and maternity. It has around 500 stores worldwide of which 300 are in the UK. I particularly shop here for handbags as they’re amazing quality.

Definitely a go-to store on the high street. H&M offers affordable fashion for women, men, teenagers and children. Ranging from basics to luxury evening outfits. It was founded in 1947 and now has over 4,500 stores worldwide. I often go here during the summer as they have a fantastic range of dresses and skirts.
