I’ve been receiving this beauty subscription box for a couple of years now and I thought I’d share with you all the products I was sent last month. As always I was very impressed not just with the items but the box. This month was a pom pom themed design, it came with an extra gift of hair ties which also have mini pom poms on.
The first thing I saw was this CLE Cosmetics product (RRP £22). It’s a cushion highlighter and I got sent shade Apricot Tinge, you had the choice of this or Copper Rose. I’ve never tried a cushion product before so I was very intrigued, it’s easy to use and it’s probably the most subtle highlighter I own which is fine but will only be used on ‘no makeup’ makeup days.
The next item was an eye pencil by Lord & Berry (RRP £14) and I got this in the shade purple. It claims to be an ultra-creamy and waterproof formula which won’t budge.
I got a 20ml sample of the Philip Kingsley, Flaky/Itchy Scalp Shampoo (RRP £24). Which claims to cleanse the skin on your head to leave it soft and healthy. I’ve used this once and it did leave my hair very soft and shiny looking, I do get slight dandruff from time to time and this seemed to tame it. Definitely will be purchasing the actual size as well as a conditioner to further test the product.
Next was a Cleansing Bar by Dr. Botanicals (RRP £5.90). This soap claims to be gentle enough for face and body, formulated with 98% natural ingredients. It cleanses, exfoliates and restores your natural glow. Now this was available in 2 different scents, either Cocoa & Coconut or Pomegranate Superfood, which is the one I got and I’m excited to try it out.
Lastly was a Afterspa Facial Micro Scrubber (RRP £7). This is a dual-textured facial tool to help remove dirt, oil and impurities that your hands can’t. I’ve used this a couple times and it works very well, I don’t know how I’ve coped without this!
I highly recommend you trying this subscription box out if you haven’t already. Use my link below to save yourself £5 on your order!
