Good Morning, I hope you’re all having a great Sunday! I really enjoyed writing about the January box I received so I think this will be a reoccurring post. This month Birchbox had partnered with Not On The High Street – the home of thoughtful gifts – to celebrate love in all its forms. The box is called Let It Grow and it’s beautifully designed with flowers.
The first product I saw was from a brand called Anatomicals, a shower gel. It has a subtle floral fragrance and it’s enriched with vitamin E. I am yet to try this product out however I have used a few of their other products and I’m a big fan on this brand. Available at Birchbox RRP £4.
Next is LOC Liquid Shimmer Shadow in Eclipse. I have tried a few products from this brand before and I’ve loved every single one, this is no exception. I was a little sceptical of this with it being a liquid eyeshadow however I’ve been loving it! The formula is water-based which makes it easy to apply, it feels lightweight and comfortable on the lids while providing long-lasting wear. It is only 0.9ml but with it being just £8 I personally think it’s worth the price. Available at Birchbox. 9/10.
This product really caught my interest, it’s a Nourishing Coconut & Fig Hair Masque by Coco & Eve. It claims to repair damage, improve texture and shine, deeply hydrate, fight frizz and seal split ends. I have used this once and I did notice that my hair was smoother and less frizzy, however for the price of a 30ml tube I could probably find one with the same outcome for cheaper. Available at Birchbox. RRP £9. 7/10.
I was happy to see a Luxie 205 Blending Brush, if you read my Glossybox Review you’ll know I received a Luxie 560 Fan Brush. I love the feel of these brushes and I plan on purchasing more. Available at Birchbox. RRP £11. 9/10.
Lastly was a NABLA Cosmetics Diva Crime Lipstick in the shade Cosmic Dancer. I’m always open to trying out new lipsticks so I was very excited to test this out, the formula is lightweight and full coverage with a matte finish. It’s free from silicone and parabens, enriched with Japanese Camellia oil to instantly condition and nourish the lips. Available at Birchbox. RRP £11.90. 9/10.
For those of you wondering if Birchbox is worth it.. I would HIGHLY recommend it! For £10 + postage a month you really can’t go wrong.
